Welcome to SKOOLMI (the "Platform"). By accessing, logging in, or using any service of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

SKOOLMI 是香港學校資訊平台，提供中學、小學、國際學校搜尋、學校比較、Banding 資料、學費、面試、招聘及香港十八區學校分析等資訊。本平台致力整合公開資料，方便家長、學生及教育工作者查閱。

SKOOLMI is a Hong Kong school information platform that provides information on secondary schools, primary schools, international schools, school comparisons, banding data, tuition fees, interviews, recruitment, and analyses of schools across Hong Kong's 18 districts. The Platform endeavours to consolidate publicly available information for parents, students, and educators.

用戶使用本平台時，同意不會：

When using the Platform, users agree not to:

• 以任何方式干擾或破壞本平台的正常運作； interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform in any way;
• 散布虛假、誤導、誹謗、淫褻或不合法的內容； distribute false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
• 未經授權嘗試存取本平台的伺服器、數據庫或源代碼； attempt to access the Platform's servers, databases, or source code without authorisation;
• 將本平台提供的資訊用於非法或未經授權的商業用途； use the information provided by the Platform for illegal or unauthorised commercial purposes;
• 冒充他人或使用自動化程式大量抓取本平台內容。 impersonate others or use automated programmes to scrape the Platform's content in bulk.

本平台的所有內容，包括但不限於文字、圖片、標誌、介面設計、數據庫結構及程式碼，均受版權、商標及其他知識產權法律保護。未經 SKOOLMI 事先書面同意，不得複製、修改、發布或分發本平台的任何內容。

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface designs, database structures, and code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, or distribute any content of the Platform without SKOOLMI's prior written consent.

SKOOLMI 內所載的學校組別（Banding）、歷史學術表現、學費、地址、聯絡方式及其他資料，均搜集自網絡公開渠道、第三方討論區及坊間歷史數據之綜合統計。本平台已盡力確保資料準確，惟所有資料並非教育局官方發布，亦不代表各學校之官方立場。

The school banding, historical academic performance, tuition fees, addresses, contact details, and other information on SKOOLMI are compiled from publicly available online sources, third-party forums, and historical data. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, all information is not officially published by the Education Bureau and does not represent the official position of any school.

家長及學生在做出選校決定前，請務必參閱各學校最新發布之官方招生簡章，並直接向學校查詢確認。

Parents and students should always refer to the latest official admissions brochures published by each school and confirm directly with the schools before making school selection decisions.

在法律允許的最大範圍內，SKOOLMI 不對因使用或無法使用本平台、依賴本平台內容，或因第三方連結所引致的任何直接、間接、附帶、特殊或懲罰性損害承擔責任。

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKOOLMI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, reliance on the Platform's content, or third-party links.

本平台可能包含指向第三方網站或服務的連結。這些連結僅為方便用戶而提供，我們不對第三方網站的內容、私隱政策或慣例負責。訪問第三方網站的風險由用戶自行承擔。

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

我們保留隨時修改本使用條款的權利。任何更改將於本頁面發布後生效，並標示最新更新日期。用戶在條款修改後繼續使用本平台，即視為接受該等修改。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will take effect upon posting on this page, along with the latest update date. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

本使用條款受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其詮釋。任何因本條款或本平台服務引起的爭議，雙方同意接受香港法院的專屬管轄。

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Platform's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
