Welcome to SKOOLMI (the "Platform"). By accessing, logging in, or using any service of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

SKOOLMI 是香港学校资讯平台，提供中学、小学、国际学校搜寻、学校比较、Banding 资料、学费、面试、招聘及香港十八区学校分析等资讯。本平台致力整合公开资料，方便家长、学生及教育工作者查阅。

SKOOLMI is a Hong Kong school information platform that provides information on secondary schools, primary schools, international schools, school comparisons, banding data, tuition fees, interviews, recruitment, and analyses of schools across Hong Kong's 18 districts. The Platform endeavours to consolidate publicly available information for parents, students, and educators.

用户使用本平台时，同意不会：

When using the Platform, users agree not to:

• 以任何方式干扰或破坏本平台的正常运作； interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform in any way;
• 散布虚假、误导、诽谤、淫亵或不合法的内容； distribute false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
• 未经授权尝试存取本平台的伺服器、数据库或源代码； attempt to access the Platform's servers, databases, or source code without authorisation;
• 将本平台提供的资讯用于非法或未经授权的商业用途； use the information provided by the Platform for illegal or unauthorised commercial purposes;
• 冒充他人或使用自动化程式大量抓取本平台内容。 impersonate others or use automated programmes to scrape the Platform's content in bulk.

本平台的所有内容，包括但不限于文字、图片、标志、介面设计、数据库结构及程式码，均受版权、商标及其他知识产权法律保护。未经 SKOOLMI 事先书面同意，不得复制、修改、发布或分发本平台的任何内容。

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface designs, database structures, and code, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, publish, or distribute any content of the Platform without SKOOLMI's prior written consent.

SKOOLMI 内所载的学校组别（Banding）、历史学术表现、学费、地址、联络方式及其他资料，均搜集自网络公开渠道、第三方讨论区及坊间历史数据之综合统计。本平台已尽力确保资料准确，惟所有资料并非教育局官方发布，亦不代表各学校之官方立场。

The school banding, historical academic performance, tuition fees, addresses, contact details, and other information on SKOOLMI are compiled from publicly available online sources, third-party forums, and historical data. While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, all information is not officially published by the Education Bureau and does not represent the official position of any school.

家长及学生在做出选校决定前，请务必参阅各学校最新发布之官方招生简章，并直接向学校查询确认。

Parents and students should always refer to the latest official admissions brochures published by each school and confirm directly with the schools before making school selection decisions.

在法律允许的最大范围内，SKOOLMI 不对因使用或无法使用本平台、依赖本平台内容，或因第三方连结所引致的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或惩罚性损害承担责任。

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKOOLMI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, reliance on the Platform's content, or third-party links.

本平台可能包含指向第三方网站或服务的连结。这些连结仅为方便用户而提供，我们不对第三方网站的内容、私隐政策或惯例负责。访问第三方网站的风险由用户自行承担。

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and we are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites. Users access third-party websites at their own risk.

我们保留随时修改本使用条款的权利。任何更改将于本页面发布后生效，并标示最新更新日期。用户在条款修改后继续使用本平台，即视为接受该等修改。

本使用条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖并按其诠释。任何因本条款或本平台服务引起的争议，双方同意接受香港法院的专属管辖。

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Platform's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
